1 year 7 months and loving it!!!

My natural journey started mainly because I was to cheap to pay $80.00, more or less depending the exchange rate, for a relaxer. I was living in Germany and I tried to relax my own hair from time to time but my hair is too thick and I was too slow when I did it. In the end I was just causing damage to my hair. I thought about it for a couple of months and mapped out my transitioning schedule. I didn’t last long with my transition since my hair is so thick it looked like strains of hair coming up out of a thick piece of carpet. On Friday, June 13 2008 I went to the barber and I have been natural ever since. Now I am back state side and I can get to more products so that I can get a good solid hair care regimen going.
