Soo..I went natural last april! And then last August, school/volleyball season started so I decided to do a 6 month growth challenge...This weekend will be 5 months since I started the challenge but I dont wanna wait another month! lol im sooo ready to wear my hair..only 1 problem = My BC was done at home so its not pe...rfect and Im in bad need of a trim! I wanna get a professional trim, but as we all know, its a recession lol. Anybody have tips on trimming 6 inch 4 b-c hair? Or do yall think I should just go2 the salon? Im 16 by the way lol so I dnt wanna make a mistake!

on YouTube I found a few videos on how to trim, an then I found one helpful article:

Hope those help some.. and I say certainly trim. The worst thing to happen, is to have new lengths and then get them damaged thanks to split raggedy ends.
